A powerfully different and inspiring keynote speaker that elevates performance levels right now!

I was walking by the jewelry counter at a department store when something on the earring rack caught my eye. The something was little bumblebee earrings with sparkly orange eyes. To my surprise, they were marked way down. Who would want bumblebees with sparkly orange eyes hanging on their ears? Me! Bumblebees are very inspiring.

Aerodynamically, it is impossible for a bumblebee to fly, but he does. His mission is pollination, and he doesn’t allow ‘impossible’ to stop him. He may be slow, but he does the best he can with what he has. (A lesson for all of us.) He is intent, focused only on accomplishing his mission.

Those little bumblebee earrings bolster my attitude, reminding me that nothing is too difficult to proceed with a positive mindset. By focusing on what is important to you and visualizing your high goal, you can make what others consider impossible possible. You will be amazed what you can accomplish.

Believe in yourself. That is the common trait of all successful people. From Michael Jordan to Thomas Edison to Richard Branson to Martha Stewart and Oprah, they all had an unshakable belief in themselves. They overcame obstacles. They shook off failures to move forward. There are no failures, only quitters.

Eliminate worrying about what may go wrong. As Winston Churchill said, “When I look back on all these worries I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had had a lot of trouble in his lifetime, most of which never happened.” Save energy by eliminating worrying, naysayers, and bad habits.

Haven’t you noticed, when you want something enough and focus on achieving it, it shows up? You are capable. Sometimes we get so caught up in putting out fires, we forget to pause and count our blessings and the miracles in our lives. “Be still and know.”- Psalm 46:10

One last question before I close. Are you being attentive to and growing what is most important to you? If you answer, “Yes!” I know you are having fun. Stay safe, healthy, and keep having fun!!

And, if you ever need an attitude boost, watch bumble bees at work. They are excellent role models for doing the impossible and completing their mission!

Kindest regards,

Joyce
